I have lots of clients who were thinking of filing for bankruptcy but were extremely hesitant to call and speak to an attorney regarding their situation. Instead they read articles online which may or may not apply in their situation and just make them even more confused about the bankruptcy process. The best way to go over your situation is to sit down with an attorney and review the facts. My clients can text me, email me, call me, or even leave me a message on facebook. Here are some reasons people are fearful of contacting an attorney:

1. Is the Free Consultation Really Free
YES! In my office my consultation is always free. I have no problem spending 30 min to an hour with a potential client to determine if bankruptcy is their best option. I am not going to try to sell you on my services when we finish; if you want to sign up great, if not no big deal.

2. My case is too small for an attorney
There are no cases that are too big or too small for an attorney to handle. Maybe $10,000 worth of debt is a ton of money for one client while $40,000 in debt is a large amount for another. If my legal services can assist a debtor I will gladly do it.
